Rachel Staffe Fitness is a local fitness club based in Yeovil and Sherborne. We offer a variety of membership packages available which will help you achive results that will really impact your life and make you feel more confident. We also offer a Online Home Program for those who aren't confident to join a group or would like to lose weight in the comfort of your own home. Maybe you are looking for something more sporty, we offer a Boxing weight loss program ran by an experienced amateur boxer.
